Tommy Lexen
Project Director & Co-Creator
Tommy is Immersive’s Managing Director and Executive Creative Director. He has over 20 years
of experience working in design, art and entertainment. He has directed and produced numerous high-profile live shows, immersive experiences, exhibitions, and high-profile events, including the UK Pavilion for World Expo 2025 Osaka, Mobility Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai,
‘Palace in Motion’ is the world’s largest permanent projection-mapping show at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi, giga projects for NEOM, digital art commissions for the UN Environment Programme, shows for the Metropolitan Opera (New York) and The Royal Opera House Muscat.

Giovanni Agusta
Composer & Co-Creator
After graduating from the European Institute of Design in Milan, Giovanni spent two years working as a wildlife photographer for WWF in the Antarctic, Papua New Guinea and Uganda. He later created the first immersive music festival and the first ever immersive nightclub in Cape Town, South Africa. In 2021, Giovanni returned to London and carried on his film studies, focusing on composing music for visual narratives. In 2022 he started working for Immersive and evolved as a composer and sound designer working on commissions like the UN's 50th Anniversary Artwork. He is now collaborating with James Sakala and Wezi on a unique opening piece for Victoria Falls Live.

John Munro
Founder & Executive Creative Director
John is the Founder, CEO and Chief Creative Officer of Immersive, and one of the original pioneers of the immersive storytelling industry. With a background in fine art, spatial design, architecture and animation, he has spent over 20 years developing a unique hybrid creative practice, which combines art, science and technology to produce highly impactful audience experiences for NEOM, Olympic Opening Ceremonies, FIFA World Cup, EXPO 2020 Dubai, Smithsonian, IWC Schaffhausen, Expo 2015 Milan: the world’s biggest hologram for Eric Prydz’s at Madison Square Garden and the world’s first-ever holographic car race for BMW. ​

Kirsty Redfearn
Head of Brand & Communications
With over 20 years of marketing experience, Kirsty is an award-winning marketeer who has worked across both agency and client roles, in various global markets and sectors, including consumer, financial, and technology. She is passionate about people, building brands, the power of positivity, and most of all, the creative process. Her love is building intelligent and engaging programs that are impactful, differentiated, purposeful and drive growth for both brands and business. Fresh from leading the Divisional Area Marketing across Australasia for Mastercard which saw her pick up a global CEO award for leading ESG efforts across Australasia & Pacific.

Keith Cox
Global Talent & Partnership Lead
For more than two decades, Keith worked with Disney, Universal, Paramount, Fox, Pixar, Marvel, DreamWorks and Lionsgate creating innovative communications strategies, unique music marketing and effective experiential campaigns for many of their tent pole properties and franchises. He has also worked extensively with a diverse range of international & worldwide recording artists commissioning / delivering several hit records for Disney as well as working as a writer/producer & music manager in his own right and developing exciting, upcoming music talent.

Nachilala Nkombo
National Co-Convenor
Nachilala Nkombo is the former Country Director for WWF in Zambia and a Member of the Malabo Montpellier Panel. She joined WWF in 2018, and led the organisation's conservation strategy in Zambia through innovative initiatives aimed at protecting biodiversity, restoring forests, empowering communities, and conserving critical freshwater resources. She is a leading voice on innovations in biodiversity conservation and sustainable agriculture in Zambia and Africa. She has previously worked as the Deputy Director for ONE.org, Regional Coordinator for Action Aid International, and Country Director for MS ActionAid Denmark in Zambia. Nkombo holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Potsdam in Germany.

Lawrence Thompson
National Co-Convenor
Lawrence Thompson is a seasoned award-winning professional in the film, television and entertainment industry. He has worked at all levels of the industry in different capacities from cameraman to executive producer. He worked for top world television news networks such as Visnews (now Reuters ), Associated Press Television and Al Jazeera. Lawrence is seasoned fixer/local producer for organizations such as the BBC, SKY News, NBC News with recent major success was his major film and top watch on Netflix ‘Can You See Us’. He has also worked with Sir Richard Attenborough as he did research on his film ‘Cry Freedom’. Lawrence has been involved in major roductions in Zambia including Amazing Race USA, Great Railway Adventures and ‘Black Panther’.

Malekano Mwanza
National Production Lead
Malekano is a media entrepreneur and CEO of Blockhouse Media and has a wealth of over 18 years’ experience, working on various projects and brands for different local and international organizations across Africa, UAE and Australia. He was Director and Producer for Zambia in the International Documentary Film by Moonshine of Australia dubbed “conquering Cancer” a film which has won 8 global awards. Malekano is a seasoned Event and AV producer working on the biggest annual music festival in Zambia (the Stanbic Music Festival). He has produced legendary international artists such as UB40, Black Coffee, Earl Klugh, Boyz II Men, Brian McKnight, Joe Thomas, Davido, Oliver Mtukuzi , MIcasa, Neyo and many others.

Zoe Snow
Executive Producer (Show)
Zoe is an Executive Producer, and a creator of world class International theatrical productions, commercial theatre and special projects. She started her career working on global B2B events and exhibitions, before working extensively within some of London’s leading event agencies. She then worked as a producer on London 2012, before leading the events division at EMAP and then heading into special events with GBA. Notable recent highlights include her role as Executive Producer for the 2022 Commonwealth Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies in Birmingham, International Production Direction for Secret Cinema and acting as Supervising Producer for Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool.

Anton has spent the last decade spearheading Immersive's global creative efforts as Executive Art Director. With more than 20 years of experience under his belt, he is an innovator in the industry, continually exploring new technologies and artistic frontiers. Anton's deep expertise and understanding in CGI, AI, graphics, music, and video production enables him to develop groundbreaking content for complex environments that resonate with diverse global audiences including, NEOM, Expo 2020 Dubai, Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum, BMW, IWC Schaffhausen, The World Design Capital Launch, Samsung and many more.

Lisa McNab
Director of Production (Immersive)
Lisa is Immersive’s Director of Production and deputy Head of Studio in London. Since joining the company in 2019, she has been leading our production team on all the studio’s large-scale projects including our work on Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, The Mobility Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai and Top Golf’s new immersive sportainment experience. Lisa has over a decade of experience working in PR, marketing and events. She has developed marketing strategies for some of the biggest music festivals across the globe and produced high-profile events for the likes of No. 10 Downing Street and Deloitte.

Simon Cole
Financial Director
Simon has worked across Retail and Entertainment, Hospitality, Technology, Supply chain and Entertainment venues. Simon has straddled departments, holding senior positions including all-encompassing COO roles, to CFO, Special Projects and CPO.His scope of engagements has enabled him to move further into strategic roles which targeted Sales, Marketing, Fundraising, Restructuring, Financial planning, and Exit execution, for a variety of businesses over the last 12 years, during which he helped to raise over $70m for 7 very different businesses.
